All pledge money is collected and managed by the school or school association.
Once your Dance-A-Thon is complete, we’ll simply send an invoice for our agreed-upon fee — no hidden costs, no surprises.
2️⃣ What if we need to postpone due to weather or cancellations?
We completely understand that bus cancellations or snow days can happen.
If your school needs to postpone due to weather, we’ll happily work with you to select a new date that fits both schedules — at no additional charge.
3️⃣ How much does it cost?
We want every Dance-Mania event to be successful and stress-free.
There are no booking or cancellation fees, and you can cancel anytime before the event if fundraising falls short.
Our pricing is competitive and customized based on location, school size, and setup needs.

4️⃣ How can we raise extra money during the event?
Many schools increase their fundraising totals by adding simple extras such as:

Absolutely! 🎶
We offer an online song request portal where students can submit requests throughout the fundraising campaign.
All music is clean, age-appropriate, and school-safe, and we do our best to play the most popular picks during the event.
7️⃣ Do you recommend an online donation platform?
Yes — our favourite is Donorbox.com.
It’s user-friendly and allows donors to cover transaction fees, meaning your school keeps more of the funds raised.
You’re free to use any platform you like, but we’re happy to provide setup guidance if needed.
(Note: All platforms require a payment processor such as Stripe, and small transaction fees are standard.)
8️⃣ What grades do you work with?
We customize every Dance-A-Thon for your audience.
Our programming works perfectly for primary, junior, and intermediate students — with different games, challenges, and music levels for each group.
We can even run multiple age-specific sessions throughout the day for larger schools.
9️⃣ Do you travel outside London or Dorchester?
Yes! We serve schools and youth organizations across Southwestern Ontario, including:
London • Dorchester • Woodstock • Brantford • Kitchener • Cambridge • Tillsonburg • Windsor • Toronto
If your school is within roughly 70 km of London, travel is included — beyond that, small mileage fees may apply.
